At Pro Tech Power, we value your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the information we collect. Any personal information you voluntarily provide, such as through our contact, quote, or careers forms, is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
We do not sell your personal information. The details you submit are used only to respond to you and are never passed to third parties for their own marketing. Our forms are not all handled the same way — the quote request form is hosted by Jobber, our field-service management provider, and is described under "Forms & Spam Protection" below.
This is separate from the advertising and analytics cookies described under "Cookies, Analytics & Site Optimization" below. Those tools share limited technical information about your visit, such as pages viewed and a device or browser identifier, with the providers named there.

Cookies, Analytics & Site Optimization
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its performance. Specifically, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic, PostHog for product analytics, and Mega's analytics and optimization tools to understand engagement and improve the experience. These providers may set cookies and process usage data (such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and marketing attribution) on our behalf.
We also use advertising and retargeting technologies so that we can show you our ads after you leave this site. These include a Google Analytics property operated by our marketing partner and the Meta pixel, which supports advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These tools may set cookies and share limited information about your visit — such as the pages you viewed and a device or browser identifier — with Google and Meta, who may use it to show you our ads on their platforms and to measure how those ads perform.
This information is used to improve our website and marketing, not to sell your data. You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can control personalized advertising in your Meta account's ad preferences, and through your device's advertising settings.
Forms & Spam Protection
The forms on this site are handled in two different ways, and it is worth being clear about which is which.
Our contact form, our general contractor bid request, and our careers application are submitted through our own server and into Mega's lead management system so our team can follow up with you. Those submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may collect limited technical information to distinguish genuine visitors from automated bots.
The quote request form on our Get a Quote page is different. It is hosted by Jobber, the field-service management platform we use to run our work, and is displayed on our page from Jobber's own systems. When you submit it, the details you enter go directly to Jobber and are stored there as a service request — they do not pass through our server, Mega's lead management system, or Cloudflare Turnstile. Jobber processes that information as our service provider so we can respond to your request and, if you become a customer, schedule and manage the work. Jobber's own privacy notice governs how they handle it on their systems.
Our website does not process payments directly. If you become a customer, invoices and payment processing may be managed through our customer management and accounting systems, including Jobber and QuickBooks, as part of providing our services.
